First, 140-160

go back and do everything Cameron said to in your other thread, and then we can get this stuff sorted out. Torque the head again after running the engine for a bit, if you haven't already. And adjust the valves yet again after running the engine for a while. For a while would basically be driving it around(if it's driveable) for a bit until it's fully warmed up.

As a baseline for the carbs, bring the jets up to the "bridge" that the piston sits on when down all the way, make sure they're as close to even with the bridge as possible, and then turn them down(in) two full turns. That's a baseline.

You'll want to focus on the timing(with a timing light) before focusing on going further with the carbs. Or, to be on the safe side, go down maybe 2.25 or 2.5 turns on the carbs. Might be a bit rich, but it might also work out perfectly. On my car I have one carb set to 2.5 turns down, the other to 2.75. I might even need to go a little richer. Generally speaking though, 2 turns down is the baseline.
