I just reinforced a lesson I already learned. Dealerships Grrrrr 200

There used to be a great Volvo dealership here in Baltimore...a family business...Michaelson Motors, but then they got old and decided to retire sold it to a big local chain. But now with Ford owning Volvo, they want these old cars to die. A friend has always had Saabs, and when GM bought Saab, his regular dealer/repair shop changed. The parts guy, whom he's known for years, Sven by the way, complained and then retrired...told him GM sent "time and motion" guys around to make the place more efficient.

for future reference. email rusty with your parts request.
