The present thermostat was taken from my old B18 which functioned quite well.

Actually, when I was tuning it up a couple days ago it gor hot again. I checked my overflow and it was devoid of coolant. I had poured about a gallon and a half into it previously and it stayed at the top mark for a couple days. I've triple-checked for leaks and found none.

So, I topped it off again it came back to it's full mark with about two total gallons. I hope that's the end of it.
