how to fix hole for exhaust manifold stud 700

Hi,
I have a new to me 760 1986. I bought the car without having the chance to see it run cause the turbo was dead and the exhaust was unhooked from the turbo.
Anyways I got a used water cooled turbo to replace mine. In the process of taking off the exhaust manifold I saw that one hole for the stud is gone/melted/exploded.

What is the best way to fix this considering I would like to keep the car for a few years (if possible at least 3 years.)
I would also like to avoid lifting the head and replacing it with a new one or bringing it to a machine shop to have it welded. I do not have a welding machine either. If there is no other way I will take the head off but I would rather not do it.

Are there any good epoxy materials like cold weld or some other stuff that can fill the hole and keep the stud properly in its position? I am joining 2 pictures of the defect.

Thanks in advance

Matei
