Brakes work Intermintent. Brake pedal to the floor 200 1993

I have a 1993 240 DL with ABS, the problem started after driving for about 15 miles, I went to apply the brake pedal and my foot went to the floor. Pulled to the side of the road pumped the breaks few times no problems they are working again, no problem for the rest of the night. The next day I replaced the master cylinder, breaks are working good. Two week later the same thing happen the pedal down to the floor again. Replaced the newly installed master cylinder with a new one and the problem is still not solved, the breaks will work for weeks and than the brake pedal will go to the floor. Could the ABS module be bad? Please I need some help on trouble shooting this problem.
