slight hissing on acceleration 200

hey brickers,

my 90 240 makes a slight hissing sound when i'm accelerating. is this a vacuum leak? i was checking the archives and thought i read something about a hissing on deceleration being a sign of a vacuum leak, but i'm not sure.

does anyone know what might cause this?

the car also has a bit of a rough idle, but i'm pretty sure part of the reason is that i need a new O2 sensor...it hasn't tripped the check engine light yet, but my mileage has gone south fast - only around 330 kilometers (i'm in canada) a tank.

thoughts anyone?

g.b.
