hello guys, i read the old question from october about 2 speed motor,,i had a hell of a job sorting my single speed conversion from vacuum on my 1950 pv444, it seems that the "park" position needs a motor ground, (winding is grounded in the off position) but finding a switch that has this terminal is hard work, probably volvo had them made special, i was offered one but at £50 which i think is a bit high for a switch, so i added a push button temporaryily under the dash which i press when i turn off the wipers, it works, but if its pressed by mistake during opperation it blows the fuse!! so if anyone has a switch, with a ground in the off position, laid around!!!
