Caster angles 700 1987

Hi
I've been sorting out alot of the PO mechanics mistakes with my wagon. I have the receipts since new and question some of the work done.

I've done New radius bushes (only one side had been done), tie rods (inner and outer seized) and new tyres.
Got a wheel alignment done, caster 5 deg left, 2 deg right, it still pulls to the right.
The car has new struts from the PO. done by a well know suspension place in Australia.
So looking at the strut tops left sits back right sits foward. this is wrong...right?... So this is putting my caster out?
How hard its it to spin the right hand mount around.
Jack the car release the top mount and spin? or do I need to compress the strut?

Thanks Nick
