Yup. Remove the hoses (have a rag under to catch the gas) remove the two bolts and then just pull it straight out. Might require a little twisting to work it out and that's OK. The new one will not insert easily so just make sure you keep it straight while you tighten the bolts alternately to slowly push the new o-ring in. If you aren't careful you can bend the fuel rail. Don't ask me how I know that.
