Chin Spoiler Question 200 1984

I replaced the belly pan on my 240, and while I was under there I notice what appeared to be clips to hold additional spoiler parts.

Is there an air scoop that attaches to the chin spoiler to direct air to the condenser??

If so, does anyone have pics? Or know someone selling this part?
