Headlights broken after headunit install 900 1991

Today i tried to install a new head unit in my volvo. After i pulled the old radio out, i cut the wires off the plastic adapter that fit into the radio. After i cut the wires, alot of interior stuff went out, and also my headlights. I checked the fuses, and one was blown. But now my headlights and front and rear fog lights still do not work, and i checked every fuse. My dash lights work when in parking mode, but when switched to on, the dash goes black. What could be the culprit here?
