Hard to start in wet weather 700 1992

Got out this morning, it was not raining but it was very, very "dewy" and cool (45 deg.) Anyways, I like to never got my car started. Chug, chug, chug for about 2 minutes but when it caught it was fine. This is the first time in a long time this has happened and the only other time it was one of those saturated moist days. It has been tuned up w/new wires plugs rotorcap only 5k ago. I will see if it has the same problem this afternoon when I go out to crank it after work. Could my injectors be leaky and letting moisture in? If so then how do I diagnose this and secondly, how difficult is it to replace the injector seals? I also burn 87 octane gas, so i guess i could throw some dry gas or fuel inj cleaner in to see if i might have some bad gas or moisture in the tank. thoughts?
