I had my fan come off after being replaced 3 weeks ago at the dealership. It looks like the nuts came off this time. The studs were not sheared off.

Do the bolts that hold the fan clutch on need loctite. I can't imagine that this should be happening again.

The dealership has a one year warranty so it won't cost anything. But still its a concern.
