1990-240 non turbo. 34 miles per gallon on recent short road trip. Is that right?

Im just making sure I didnt lose a receipt or something. The same trip , in the past, the best I got was 29mpg. Then recently I switched from 10/40 to 10/30 motor oil. Ive also gone from average 19mpg to 21 mpg city miles.

ANyone else done this?
