Hi RJ,

I've got a set of HIF6's and bought a rebuild kit from Rhys - he should be able to get most of the parts. HIF's are a little less common (Rhys had to put a kit together), but the parts are available. His throttle shaft seals were perfect and easy to use, O-rings for all the little parts (like the mixture adjustment screw) and a good set of set-up instructions. I haven't run the carbs yet, but they are as good as new and I don't expect any problems. When assembling the carbs I use light machine oil to lube the rubber parts prior to inserting them (shaft seals, O-rings) and make sure everything goes together just right (there is a correct orientation to the needle in the HIF as it sits against the side of the jet).

So my vote is to contact Rhys and get the kits you need (get the needles sorted out at the same time - he can get you close if you tell him your performance desires).

Craig
