Coolant questions. 200

I have seen two types of Volvo coolant. The standard green stuff, which looks like basic EG antifreeze (i.e. Prestone), and the Volvo blue-green stuff.

What is the difference between the two Volvo coolants?

Can the two Volvo types be mixed? I currently have Volvo green in my system, but have an old container of the Volvo blue-green.

Are any of the Volvo coolants compatible with standard EG types (such as Prestone), or would you have to drain the old stuff first and replace with all new?

Thanks!
