crankcase pressure still high 200

I cleaned out the PCV box, replaced the hose, flame trap, holder, and vacuum line and still have high crankcase pressure. The oil cap bounces around a little on the engine at idle. Not as bad as it did before, but still a little movement. I'm going to try and clean out the vacuum port where the line attaches into the intake. Maybe that's plugged up. The car is an '88 240 sedan. Mileage is around 200 K. Oil drips onto the exhaust pipe after the car has been running for a while. I'm going to check for oil leaks, too.

Thanks in advance.
Dave
