A 205/60-15 tire is 627mm in diameter. Your original 184/82-14 (the default aspect ratio of your 185-14 tire is 0.82) is 659 mm. So your new tire would be nearly 5% too small, with your speedo-/odometer overreporting your speed and distance.

Also, that original tire had a load index of about 89 or 91, if I'm not mistaken. That's more than a 205/60-15 tire, I think (not 100% sure, but you can look it up).

You can live with this new size, but you have to decide if you want these shortcomings.
