Radiator preferrence 200

After trying to release twenty years of road crup from the fins in my radiator and using the Russian Method (tapping it on the ground firmly, front down) my end caps came loose.. i kinda anticipated it.. Vise-Grip'd them a bit, problem solved..
I've replaced these before on newer vehicles and had great results, but i'm kinda fearful for an all out explosion in these old pieces of plastic
And I only got less than half of the crud out!!!

So i'm thinking time for a new radiator and i'm leaning towards a triple or quad core COPPER radiator

Anyone got a non-OEM radiator experience?

Tim
