new coil springs, which to get? 700 1990

Hiya people, Merry Christmas to all.

Going to do get new shocks, struts, and coil springs all around on the 1990 740. I seem to recall reading that the springs from FCP are Scantech and no good, but they do appear to be the cheapest. The front ones are $42 a piece (x2 = $84) and the heavy duty rears are also $42 a piece, (x2 = $84) making the total $168. They also have regular rears for $38 a piece, but I think someone said to get the HDs instead.

I noticed that FCP also has lowering springs available, a set of 4, from a company called Lësjöfors (B&G/Kilen) for $239.

I also went to IPD's website and they have sport springs for $248 from a company called TME. "Our sport springs will lower your Volvo approximately 1 to 1-1/4" (30mm) and the spring rate is increased approximately 20-30%"

IPD also has overload springs. "They're 20% stiffer than stock springs and they help maintain the original ride height (can raise some cars as much as 1/2")." They are $148 for a pair for front and another $148 for the rear, which brings the total to $296.

Also, should I get a strut mount kit from FCP while I'm at it? It's $47 for one side and includes the mount, bearing, and washer. Or should I save a bit of money and only get the strut mount bearing which is $18 per side?

So, what should I be getting here?

Thanks!
