'92 960 Sdn 11 MPH mechanical vibration passenger rear 900 1992

Hi all,
I have a shudder coming from, what feels like, the passanger side rear. It is mild when when accelerating through 10-12 MPH. It is heavier when accelerating and turning left. It does not happen when turning right. It does not happen if I accelerate very gently and only at 10-12 MPH when it does. It started when I had a tranny mount replaced by my mechanic (that I no longer use) It did smooth out the shift shock which is why I had it done. I subsequently replaced both motor mounts thinking that it was a drive train allignment issue. The car is a sedan with IRS. My new mechanic recommends a rebuilt drive shaft ($850). I think it might be the output shaft to the right (passenger) wheel or CV joint. Could it be the tranny mount installation? I'd appreciate your thoughts before I throw parts.
Thanks Guys!
