I'm wondering what the best way to dry out a vehicle interior is during the cold, rainy winter?

I had read somewhere that running the AC will help to dehumidify a vehicle interior... or would running the heater work better in cold weather?

My son left the window on his car open in the rain, and now the windows get all covered with condensation on the inside.

Thanks for any tips...
