need odd bolts 200

Hello all. Where do I find these bolts? The long, thin adjuster bolt for the power steering broke. I can't tell you why as I changed the belt last summer and I'm sure I didn't overtighten. The other one is for the rear seat latch on a wagon. It is the latch that bolts to the car not the seat. It requires a allen wrench to remove. Again, I don't know how but I am missing two on one side. In both cases, they appear to be application specific. I did try the local auto parts store but found nothing close. It is a '88 240 wagon. Thanks.
