Why are hydraulic engine mounts for automatic cars more costly than manual? 700 1990

At fcpgroton the price of hydraulic motor mounts for cars with automatic is around $40.

The manual transmission motor mounts are less than $10/each.

Why do automatics need these special mounts?

I'm going to bite the bullet and spend $90+ on mounts, but it sure makes me wish I had a manual instead and I'd be spending $20 or so.

I'm sure I'll feel much better when my car runs like it's supposed to though.
