Personal opinion here, but don't bother cutting the springs this is a Honda tuner trick that I have seen go waay wrong waay too many times. One kid had his left front spring pop out and blew the left front tire at speed, two broken legs and a busted collar bone. Two years later, he still walks with a limp and lost the function of his left thumb and two forefingers.

Yes, cutting springs lower the car, and stiffen the ride, but at what price?
