Found a Power Antenna...Will it work? 200 1990

Hey all
Was in the bone yard the other day and came across a mint looking power antenna from a '85 brick. I figured it would plug right in to my 1990 so I unplugged it, undid its ground and tried to hook it up to my '90 outlet but to no avail. Does any one know the proper splicing I can do to give the thing power?
