All gauges dead now. 200 1988

Pulled instrument cluster to change out dead speedo. I've pulled the cluster before to change odo gear and all was ok. Pulled cluster to put in tach and all was ok. The speedo I was going to use had been canabalized so I just put my old one back in, but now none of the gauges work.

Tach, fuel gauge, temp gauge are not moving. Also, when I turn the key to the On position the battery indicator nor the oil light indicator come on now. The emergency brake light also doesn't work.

I had the cluster out for 2 days and I did not start the car with the cluster out. Fuses check out ok. Turn signals ok, Overdrive arrow ok (but comes on each time I turn the key), bright light indicator ok - just gauges are not. I never mis-connected the Red/White to any other spade.

Wiring: Red/White to one of the two lower spades behind tach, orange to one of two center spades next to speedo, the L shaped speedo connection to speedo circuit board, big round plastic plug in place, small plastic 4 prong connection in place, and orange/yellow to lower spade nearest center of car.

Did I miss one? If not, any ideas?
