240 electrical short 200

so for the past two to three months i've been battling my 240's lefthand running light circuit. every three days or so it pops the fuse for the Left hand running lights. i'll replace it and be on my way. last night it popped when i hit a bump. i replaced the fuse and as soon as i powered the lights it popped again. so i popped the hood and opened the trunk i visually inspected the whole wiring harness from front to back. i can't see any damage. a few months back i hardwired my tail lights so i know the circuit board isn't the problem. so i wiggle the trunk harness on the drivers side of the trunk, and the harness between the two lights. all of the sudden i can put a fuse in w/o it blowing and it's been fine. but NOW my turn signal comes on solid on the left hand side when i hit my brakes. WTF!?

any ideas/suggestions guys? i can't friggin find anything.
