O2, CAT or something else? Bogging down 700

I haven't had time to take care of things lately but have had a few problem but tonight was insane.

The car starts hard, bogs down while driving, I stop, restart and its fine. Sometimes this will go on a few time and be fine for quite a while but tonight, at any incline at all, it started bogging and for the first time ever, it actually died on my, several times.

I was about to replace the O2 and the CAT, is there something else I should be looking at?
