B-30 options

If it's a 74 engine you should have hard valve seats.
Most B30s have the C cam but they respond well to the street performance
grind. (unfortunately I have the only one I know of still in use)
Neither IPD nor Isky sells them any more.
If you can get stuff from Sweden, KGTrimning sells both stock and
special grinds. D and K grinds stock are the same grinds used in the FI
B20 engines and will give better perf with no problems with the D-jet
system. Also a little mill on the heads will push the CR up and gain you
some power. I've never had much trouble with knocking on mine.
