My good friend who owns his own used-Volvo dealership is presently rebuilding a 75 164E the way he always wanted one... totally stripped body, repaired all imperfections and very minor rust, installed 240 door posts, latches and doors, a factory sunroof clip, late 240GL leather interior, etc etc etc.

He's using a KG Trimning cam and an aftermarket injection system, mainly for reliability. He's not trying to drag race the car but rather have a reliable, happy machine that can make about 180HP and not get 9mpg like certain D-jet injected cars of yore.

I can get you specifics if needed. I do need to take some pictures of this beast as it goes together... with the body back from the paint shop (a year and a half later???), the reassembly has begun.
