All US model 92 240's have ABS, like mine.
The DL or GL designation wouldn't matter.
ABS became optional in 1991, seems to have been fitted to the high-line SE models that year, and optional in all others, whether badged 240 or 240DL.
1992 and 1993 models all have ABS. You'll find that the car has a couple of items different from earlier models:
Big ABS control unit right behind the battery. It lives about where the older cars had their power steering fluid reservoir. For this reason, the 91 cars get a different bracket and pump for the PS. The control unit is kind of a black-and-aluminum cube with several brake lines entering it. Roughly a 6-inch cube.
There are also extra harnesses for the front wheel sensors which run down from the firewall to the inner fender, and through a grommet straight out to each front strut. The car will have a small plug up near each hood hinge, right at the top of the firewall on each side.
There is also an "ABS" light in the instrument cluster, which should light before the car is started, and go out after the unit completes its self-checks. If it stays on, it means the anti-lock feature is not working and the car has, by default "regular" brakes.
