How to lift and place jackstands? 200

I need to change the rear track bar bushings. As described in Bentley, the job seesm straightforward. However, I am unclear on how to support the rear of the car. I have a floor jack and jackstands. The jaws of the stands are U-shaped. The floor jack is circular in shape at the lifting point. Could someone provide details on where to place the floor jack to lift the car and then where the jackstands should be placed? The orientation of jackstand jaws would also be useful.

Thanks in advance.
