Back on the road again 120-130

It currently looks better than most of my 122s ever did, with the exception
of a few short intervals following paint jobs. Hope springs eternal within
the pinniped breast!

Has indeed been a rough year for Volvos. After Ben blew a soft plug in
the Yellow Peril, he did something to the 164 (claims knocking and possible
seized engine - haven't got it back home again) then noticed it was not
charging when the lights went out and the engine died. Today we found that
the big wire from the alternator was broken off where the ring joins the
part of the terminal that holds the wire. So we had to quit when he went to
work this afternoon but will fix that in the morning and then use the yellow
peril to bring the 164 home and see about it. Then there is the celery wagon,
which died with a postage-stamp-sized hole in the side of the oil pump.
Then there is the gray wagon that currently has donated its engine to the
celery wagon (but we haven't got it going yet) and Susan's 245 in the midst of
conversion to carbureted operation. Starting to look like a salvage yard.....

Speaking of which, the grilles I sent you don't look a LOT better than the
ones you now have on!
