New Volvo owner of 240 wagon 200 1993

Just bought poor condition 1993, 240 wagon from E bay -
1. Tires - internet sites show conflicting info on "orig" tire size - was told that 195/70/14 is best. Hancook is supposedly good but told by Tire Rack etc. that Yokahamas T4 are best all-season performance (live in Midwest w/ snow, but will use same 4 tires all year round). Any sugg of size/brand would be great - reg rims.

2. Suggestions for size and just finding spare tire/rim/tool kit.

3. Driver leather seat is VERY cracked - any sugg in terms of covers, repair, etc?
