Red fluid leaking - Power Steering?? 200 1987

Oil leak fixed, transmission fluid checked, and there's still a red fluid leaking out of my car. It's coating the oil pan and transmission, all the way back to the transmission mount. Further, it looks like there are oil stains at the base of the splash pan, isolated on either side. Power steering fluid was at the bottom of the dipstick. . .

So I guess all of this points to a problem with the power steering. This is a new area for me. Does the problem sound serious? Is it an easy fix, or am I looking at a new power steering rack? And most importantly, is there any danger in continuing to drive the car? (It handles and steers exactly the same)
