Keys for my car 200 1984

WOW, sounds like my Volvo "dealer". You can always check Ebay for key and lock deals. Every time I go to junkyard there always seems to be a sedan with the key still in the ignition or on the floor. That would be a cheap route for you. You may want to check Barton Volvo if you can't stand your local dealer. The key Is coded for the car and they Can sell you a copy. Next time ask to see the supervisor because these parts guys only know how to look up parts numbers in the computer, they rarely know how to do anything else. I think they gave you the ass hole treatment to cover up their obvious ineptness; happens all the time don't take it personaly - simply ask to see the supervisor but make sure you have the part number in hand. Have you called up VCOA or checked the Volvo N.A. site? Maybe the vlvworld site can give you info since they have many vin related charts and code deciphers. However your best bet is to call Barton Volvo!
