Third row seat compatibility, 745 into 245

Not having tried this, I connot be 100% certain, but I am pretty sure it won't fit and here's why:

Many posts on the BB about installing 740 front seats into a 240 get answered with "they are too wide, and have floor mounting difficulties".

My 1997 965 is compatible with 745/945 cargo cover and maybe other things, but not 245 things.

The 240 measurement between the outer tips of the outside rear view mirrors is five (5) inches narrower than the 965, so I expect that the entire platform is similarly narrower.

Sorry if this is not good news, but better now than later, right?
