Front Door Prob. 200 1989

I loaned my 245 to a friend while his car was in the shop, and when I got it back after just two days, the rear brakes are grinding like crazy and the drivers door opens way too far. The brakes I can fix but what the heck is going on with the door?

I have looked all around and I noticed that the bottom hinge bolt on the bottom hinge at the door itself was loose. I could back it out by hand. I tightened this bolt and the door got a little better but it still opens too far. It looks like the bottom stop is making contact while the the top stop is about 1/4" from making contact. Are there shims which may have come off? As it is now the outside of the door is making contact with the front edge of the quarter panel.
