window trim 444-544

According to their catalogue, JC Whitney (.com) will gladly send you some samples of their window weatherstripping. Remove a section and examine it and measure it carefully. They probably have the precise strips you want, and they may also have one with a top rubber seal in addition to the bristles, alleviating your water intrusion problem.

This is a project I'm planning for next spring, and I hope to be able to replace all the door, window, and trunk seals for a fraction of what the various suppliers are charging.

I think an older VW vent window seal will also drop right in, but I want to check out my nephew's old Bug before I order that particular piece.

Good Luck!

Steve
