Timing Setting? 700

hmm pretty interesting, I called him up, and he said that when he lined up the new distributor with where the old bolt marks were, it came in at about 10.5˚ without him tweaking it at all. Hes big into building engines, and he is into Turbo 4's, we had talked about upping the boost a little (with the help of a Saab APC system) and he said he left it around 10˚ so that I could tweak the boost without worrying about knock. (although thats what the Saab APC system is supposed to prevent, so I'll hook the APC up (minus the solenoid) and I jumped some pins so it has a blinking red LED everytime the APC knock sensor (piggybacked on the stock knock sensor) picks up a knock, either low or high RPM.

Thanks Again
(and so glad to be out of a Buick and into a Volvo)
