Rough idle, vacuum line, check valve 200

Happy New Year to all!

My 91 240SE has been idling very rough.
Cleaned thruttle body.
Checked thruttle position gage
No code fron ECU.

Want to check the temperture sensor. Could someone let me know which pin on ECU connector to measure? What value to expect?

Just noted yesterday hissing sound coming from brake padle when applying brake. Vacuum leak? rubber hoses checked. Is check value the white connector on the caccum drum? It is loose when I wiggle it? Is this normal? Is it hard to replace?

Any tips appreciated!
