Thanks for the reply. Perhaps I'll try airing them up to balloon status at 50PSI and see what happens (contact patch should be about one inch wide then!) Talk about burnouts!

The ultimate question I'm after is if I up the brake pressure or friction surface, can I actually shorten the already ridiculously short braking distance.

I'm running PBR pads with ATE power discs, nothing wild, just slightly better than stock. Sorry, not rich enough for ceramic rotors ala Porsche!
