New Steering Rack S90-V90

It's gets more strange. On Friday while it was really tight I got a friend of mine who has the exact same car to park his beside mine and we both tested each others steering to see if there was a problem and we both agreed there was.

I took it back on Friday minutes after testing it. They looked to see what was the problem and ordered a new rack to replace on Monday. It was to arrived today, however they said they could NOT replicate the problem. I went by and picked up the car Friday afternoon and I drove it without issue ALL weekend long, 250 miles. Not one problem. Not only that where as before it was loose one minute and tight the next, now it is consistent and firm (like it used to be).

I'm going with either they found something they missed and corrected it, air in the line, or maybe some chunk of solidfied hydraulic fluid clogged things for a moment and blew on through. Any way I told him I'll keep a watch for the next couple of days and if it continues to do well I'll let it go.
