B-230 cyl heads core'531' sold by 'CCH'

HI THERE!

Has anyone experiences with "Clearwater Cylinder-Heads inc." They have offered normal B-230F`s "530" head include cam/lifters for $ 300. I asked their offer for B-230FT`s "531" head NOT includes cam/lifters, it was $ 275. Then I asked if Ican have it installed larger SS valves,ex: 46/38mm or 48/39mm. They said a $125 extra.
If I have understand it right, they don`t need the old heads themselves. How much is brand new head there in VOLVO? I think that in those prices it is not any reason to repair head self. To 16 valve B-234 head is $ 400 ! Are these VOLVO`s OEM cores? To D 2.4 head,they ask $ 400, don`t sure is it Turbo`s head.
Their warranty is 2 year inside US and one year for export. In here new aftermarket D-24/6cyl. head is 700 Euro`s, NOT included valves,cam and lifters. If someone has more information, I am very grateful.
