Neutral safety switch 200

My ' 91 240 wagon needs a new PNP switch. I already bought the part at the dealer. The PO removed the old switch and had some of the wires tied together. Are both of the switch harnesses on the driver's side under the carpet? Also, a couple of ground wires broke off. They were attached to the screw that holds the PNRD cover down. Is this where they should be?

Thanks in advance.
Dave
