fault codes for L.H. 3.1, same as 2.4 ???? 200 1991

My girlfriend lost power on the highway today and then eventually stalled.She got it started and got home O.K. She has the L.H. 3.1 (with the funky a.m..m).No check engine light came on but I am gettting code 2-3-2 from socket #2.I know on 2.4 versions that is the lambda sond(02 sensor),is it the same for the 3.1. I checked the 700/900 FAQ but nothing on the LH 3.1.
