Blowerproblems 1982 240 Gl 200 1982

A few months ago I put in a new blowermotor which was quite a job and it seemed to run fine.
Now I don't know if it's related but I also posted a message about a problem with my ignition switch which after starting the car,I slightly have to turn back anti clockwise to make my wipers, horn and blower work at all.
Anyway now when the ignition key is in the right position and my blower works, it only works if the blowerswitch is in position 1.I already checked again by jumping wires, there is nothing wrong with the blowermotor,as when it's jumped it runs full speed. Now I was told if there is something wrong with the resistor it would only run full speed so that should be ok as well. It's also not the switch as I already tried putting another switch on.Could it be a loose or corroded groundconnection somewhere?I've run out of ideas!!I hope it;s not the resistor anyway..........

Thanks for your help,

Marcel
