ECU mis-conceptions 200

Thought I`d clear up some ECU mis-conceptions. For all those that have 561 ECU`s 951`s will work perfectly and are actually preferable because of reliability. These ECU`s only work on LH2.4 cars which can be identifiied because they will have an 88 as number position 6 and 7 in the VIN number. Now for those of us that have LH3.1 which are USUALLY found on manual transmission cars from about `90 through `93 only ECU 572`s are correct. To know if you have LH3.1 the VIN number will have 82 in position 6 and 7. How do I know this.....the hard way:) Also only an AMM 001 is suitable foe LH3.1
