Hi Matey, Hows the car coming along. We must meet up one time, possibly at the Watford gap. You could try Brookhouse Volvo in Ipswich. I believe I have given you the details before. Speak to Simon Richardson or Greg. If they dont have them then they will point you in the right direction for a UK supplier.

By the way you are right about there not being a rubber guard because its just the stiff bristles that should stop most of the rain getting through. The bristles are set on a U-shaped strip of metal with screw holes for attachment(There are 2-inside and out) .The tiny amount that gets through should exit at the bottom of the door, which should have a few drain holes. Often someone has blocked these up. If blocked, just use a small screwdriver and open the holes up again.

Oh, by the way, make sure that you take off the door panel and mask the inside with polythene before putting the panel back. Once the bristles are worn down, the rain will start to drip onto the inside surface of the panel and down the door and drip over the door/seal rubber at the bottom on the car body and onto the passenger footwell.

Good luck

P.S. Mine need replacing too. Tell me how you get on and how much they cost.

Sunil
